This project seeks to provide low-cost and rapidly available intervention techniques for a site ravaged by flooding. When a community needs to keep providing spaces for gathering and healing and flood waters have taken those places away; smart simple insertions can keep those places activated, safe and revenue generating to push recovery forward faster.
